Convention District Safe Connect Program
To help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, public safety coordinators from Downtown Portland Clean & Safe and The Portland Metro Chamber are available daily from 3 p.m.–2:30 a.m. in the Hotel Security district. These friendly ambassadors regularly patrol the hospitality areas and are available to assist and guide attendees between the Oregon Convention Center, transit stops, and nearby hotels including the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center and Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Portland.

In years past, unauthorized housing companies have contacted NAMSS attendees and identified themselves as being affiliated with NAMSS.
NAMSS has no affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. Many of these companies tack on undisclosed service charges, fail to pay for reservations, and engage in other questionable business practices.

If you receive a phone call or email from any company travel service inquiring about your housing for the #NAMSS25, please do not respond. All attendees are encouraged to utilize the official NAMSS room blocks provided in the confirmation email after registering for #NAMSS25.
