#NAMSS26 Cancellation Policy
To request a refund, you must contact the NAMSS Registration Team, at registration@namss.org, with documentation of your reason for cancellation by Monday, Sept. 14, 2026. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. NAMSS is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to five days before the event when requested in writing to registration@namss.org.
All cancellation requests will be reviewed by NAMSS, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
Registration Transfer Policy
To request a transfer from in-person registration to the digital experience, you must contact the NAMSS Registration Team at registration@namss.org by Monday, Sept. 14, 2026. Approved transfers prior to this deadline will be eligible for a partial refund less a $50 transfer fee. Transfers requested after this deadline are not eligible for any refunds. Transfers to the Digital Experience will not be accepted after Friday, Oct. 9, 2026.

In the event of cancellation, a refund will not be provided for the NAMSS Digital Experience.
