Cancellation Policy

NAMSS 49th Educational Conference and Exhibition Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, you must contact the NAMSS Registration Team, at registration@namss.org, with documentation of your reason for cancellation by Monday, August 18, 2025. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. NAMSS is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to five days before the event when requested in writing to registration@namss.org.

All cancellation requests will be reviewed by NAMSS, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

If you wish to transfer to a digital conference registration, you must contact the NAMSS Registration Team, at registration@namss.org by Friday, September 19. Transfers to virtual will not be accepted after that date.

Digital Experience Cancellation Policy 

 In the event of cancellation, a refund will not be provided for the NAMSS Digital Experience.
