NAMSS Leadership Certificate Program

The NAMSS Leadership Certificate Program is a three-day interactive course designed for MSPs to expand on their experiences and gain the skills, confidence, and understanding to be stronger leaders within the industry. A continuation of the online portion of the program, the course is comprised of independent study with online modules to complete before you arrive, and will focus on a variety of topics, including team leadership, negotiations, critical thinking, and communications skills.
Important: Participants are required to purchase and complete the specified online modules in order to earn the NAMSS Leadership Program Certificate. We recommend completing the online modules before the start of the in-person session. Otherwise, the online module must be completed within 30 days of taking the Leadership Certificate Program in order to receive your certificate.
This course is approved for 17 NAMSS CE Credits.

Learn how to better connect with your audience, create informative, interactive presentations that make a lasting impression, and offer your audience skills, concepts, and action items that can be used immediately.
Attendees will work with others to give and receive direct feedback and encouragement. You’ll be able to practice your presentation skills with a short presentation to your fellow attendees and walk away with a video recording of your presentation.
This course is approved for 7 NAMSS CE credits.
