Thank you for attending this year’s conference – we hope you had a wonderful time learning and networking with your fellow MSPs.
To earn a full and accurate CE certificate, please be sure to complete the session evaluations for every session you attended at conference. Please follow the instructions below. Please note, pre-conference evaluations have separate instructions, which are listed below. To access session evaluations, you must log into the site. Your login is the same as your conference mobile app login. If you don’t remember your access key, enter your registration email address and select “forgot password”.
1. Go to the Conference Survey Magnet: https://www.surveymagnet.com/magnet3/home.asp?EventKey=JAWGCQZL . Then, click “Complete Session Evaluations”
2. Go through each time block and click “unlock evaluation” next to any sessions you attended:

4. Repeat this process for all sessions you attended. Once you have completed the evaluations for all the sessions you attended during the conference, you will be prompted to click the “Submit” button at the top of the Survey Magnet page:
5. Once you click submit, you will be taken to the Survey Magnet home page, where you will see a list of tasks. You have just completed the first task – “Complete Session Evaluations”. To view your conference CE certificate, click the second task – “Download CE Certificate.”
6. Now, you will see your full conference CE certificate. You have the option to email the certificate, print it, or save it as a PDF:
If you are missing CE credits for a session after you download your certificate – no problem! You can return to the Task Page and click “Complete Session Evaluations” and complete the evaluation for the missing session(s).
If you have accidentally started an evaluation for a session you didn’t attend – please email education@namss.org and we will remove that from your list of evaluations.
Pre-Conference Session Evaluations
We are happy to report that you can now complete the course evaluation so that you can claim the CE credits from the workshop. Please follow the instructions below (please note the example pictures show the Leadership course, but your account should show the course you attended):
1. Go to the Conference Survey Magnet: https://www.surveymagnet.com/magnet3/home.asp?EventKey=JAWGCQZL
2. Click “Complete Pre-Conference Workshop Evaluation”.

5. Once you complete the evaluation, click “Submit” at the top of the page:
6. Once you click submit, you will be taken to the Survey Magnet home page, where you will see a list of tasks. You have just completed the second task - "Complete Pre—Conference Workshop Evaluation". To view your conference CE certificate, click the third task - "Download CE Certificate."
